Where can I find project planning and execution documentation for easy projects?

Hi,
I am writing my bachelor's thesis on the implementation of large language models in project management. I want to assess the quality of LLMs' output on different PM tasks. However, I could not find any good examples where there is a project description followed by planning and execution based on PM methodology. Most of the case studies only provide the case and not the solution, or do not follow PM methodology. Therefore, I would be very grateful if someone could help me with a few project cases or examples for my research.
