I've been seeing "Assess performance supportable baseline requirements by applying now methods and procedures" in position descriptions lately.

what is meant by " performance supportable baseline requirements" and what are "now methods and procedures"?

Frankly it sounds like one of those nonsense sentences that HR people like to put together by choosing random terms out of a hat. I have been in the business for 35 years and that sentence means nothing to me.

It means nothing to me either, and while a Google search does not produce much for it, a DuckDuckGo one finds it several times in job adverts and people's CVs, and more if you change "now" to "new" (Google seems pretty poor nowadays and has become little more than a glorified shopping portal imho).

Could it be something that's been produced by of some resume-checking/building software? They tend to produce all the "right" words, but not necessarily in the right order, to misquote a famous line....

It's just jargon. Could it mean: be able to demonstrate that you are good at your job by measuring performance. And learn continually so that you are abreast of new methods?
Just guessin'
