CAPM Prep Course Error

I've done all the modules, but there's a glitch in Module 8.9 that is keeping me from completing the whole course.  It won't let me "continue" once I pass the knowledge check.  It freezes on that question.  I tried different browsers with no results. I'm 99% done with the course,  I need this module to clear out so I can take the cert test. Thank your

Dear Anonymous, I would recommend reaching out to the customer service team directly for a more immediate resolution, as they can provide personalized assistance. Posting on the forum may not always yield the quickest response.

Yep. Same issue here. Same spot in Module 8.

It's a shame they haven't fixed it considering we pay so much to take the course and then the exam. My only solution was contacting Customer Service. They marked me complete and that was it. Sadly they haven't addressed the actual issue.

I had the same issue and contacted customer service and they basically fixed it by changing the status of my progress to complete for that lesson. I also want to note that there are several mistakes in the information especially in the formulas of Module 8 and also in the practice questions at the end of some lessons, so read well and dont go over the material quickly.
I'm currently on the phone to reset in module 9. I'll also be asking about 8 because I had to skip to move on after frustration. The chat box was NO HELP, recommend customer service.
Same issue on my side!! Waiting fr customer service to get back to me .
