CAPM Prep Course Error

I've done all the modules, but there's a glitch in Module 8.9 that is keeping me from completing the whole course. It won't let me "continue" once I pass the knowledge check. It freezes on that question. I tried different browsers with no results. I'm 99% done with the course, I need this module to clear out so I can take the cert test. Thank your

Same issue with Module 8.9. Won't complete. I will call customer service, but a bit frustrating to see this has not been fixed.

I found a solution! (Possibly THE solution)

You have to click on the Course Overview -> Menu -> Power-Interest Matrix section. It registered 8.9 with a check mark and brought me to 100% completion.

The issue is still ongoing. Module 8, 99% complete, question would not load to end the module. Spoke on phone, noted it in the review of the course, and noted in text messages with their help desk. Customer service did fix, but considering this was initially reported November of 2024 it should have been corrected by now.
