I took my PMP exam at a Test Center a month ago. After receiving a confirmation that I passed, I was told to wait 48 hours for my report. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted PMI and was informed that it was due to a system glitch and that my report would be available in 1 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue either as the report was still not available.
Each time I call customer service, I receive generic responses without any real explanation as to why I still don’t have my report. I also contacted the test center, which confirmed that PMI has my report, yet PMI’s customer service tells me they don’t know why I haven’t received it. They say it’s a “priority” issue, but it doesn’t feel that way as it seems like I’m caught in a frustrating loop.
What’s more interesting, is my Test Center profile shows that I took the exam, while my PMI profile incorrectly shows that I still have three attempts left to take the exam. I continue to receive email reminders about the remaining days to take the exam, despite having already completed it.
I’m seeking real answers and support. As a PMI member, I’m frustrated by the lack of accountability and effective assistance from customer care. Can anyone advise on who to contact for actual help? It’s been over a month of follow-ups, and it’s beyond comprehension that such issues still arise with today’s technology.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as customer service has been unable to provide a resolution.

Hi Kimberly, my original exam date was scheduled for October 3rd, but the "Test Center" was down when I arrived at the Test Center. I was given a case number to reschedule without an additional charge, and I rescheduled the test for October 17th at 9:30 AM EST. I'm not sure if I had to name who is the Test Center, if yes, let me know.
My test was on a computer at the Test Center but at the test center. When I arrived on the 17th, I had to sing-in where my name was and to provide my identity by showing my ID "driving license". The staff reviewed the exam rules with me, gave me time to read them, and I signed the acknowledgment. I was instructed to store all my belongings in a locker, turn off my phone, and undergo a thorough check to ensure I wasn’t carrying any prohibited items in my pockets, on my arms, or elsewhere. I was informed that I couldn’t leave the premises, I could use their restroom during breaks, which I could choose to take the break when prompted on the screen during the exam. I had to keep track of my own break time and notify the staff when I was ready to resume. Before returning to the test, the staff would unlock the screen with their password, and I was monitored by camera throughout. Occasionally, staff entered the testing room with other candidates.
When my time was up for the exam, my exam was closed and I received a pop-up asking if I wanted to take a survey on the screen. I declined it because I was exhausted, and I hadn’t completely answered the last question which was the only question I didn't finish. I left the testing room, returned the board I’d used for calculations, and was allowed to retrieve my belongings from the locker.
I was informed that not all tests provide an immediate printed report, but I was given a printed slip instructing me to read it privately, as staff couldn’t view the content. If I had any questions, I was advised to contact PMI. I read the paper, which confirmed that I had passed, and noted that I would receive my official report within 48 hours. Afterward, I signed out before leaving the premises.
The next day, on October 18th, I received an email from the Test Center provider with a request to complete a survey. I completed the survey and since that time I have yet to receive my report.

Dear Patrick Kabau , I empathize with your experience, as I had similar interactions with customer service myself. There’s certainly a lot more room for improvement in the quality of service, and I have provided feedback to management numerous times. I genuinely hope someone in management takes a closer look at these quality issues seriously. Meanwhile, I trust that Kimberly Whitby is here to assist you. Tag Gretta Kelzi as well, she might be able to look into the issues and assist further.
Hi Danny,
Thank you for your understanding. I truly believe customer service is not representing PMI well. Wednesday and Friday I get the automate response saying they still working and will reach and today it was no different with Whatsapp. My apologies for creating the post in the wrong category. Thanks
