Customer care not helping

I took my PMP exam at a Test Center a month ago. After receiving a confirmation that I passed, I was told to wait 48 hours for my report. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted PMI and was informed that it was due to a system glitch and that my report would be available in 1 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue either as the report was still not available.

Each time I call customer service, I receive generic responses without any real explanation as to why I still don’t have my report. I also contacted the test center, which confirmed that PMI has my report, yet PMI’s customer service tells me they don’t know why I haven’t received it. They say it’s a “priority” issue, but it doesn’t feel that way as it seems like I’m caught in a frustrating loop.

What’s more interesting,  is my Test Center profile shows that I took the exam, while my PMI profile incorrectly shows that I still have three attempts left to take the exam. I continue to receive email reminders about the remaining days to take the exam, despite having already completed it.

I’m seeking real answers and support. As a PMI member, I’m frustrated by the lack of accountability and effective assistance from customer care. Can anyone advise on who to contact for actual help? It’s been over a month of follow-ups, and it’s beyond comprehension that such issues still arise with today’s technology.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as customer service has been unable to provide a resolution.

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for your time and effort in helping me resolve the issue I was facing. Words cannot fully express or project my full thanks but thank you.
I received my certification and thanks once again, Kimberly.
Thanks,
Patrick
