I'm looking for a survey template for the PMs in my company on the all tools, techniques/processes he/she might be using to execute on project plans. For example, what type of scheduling or resourcing tool do you use, e.g.. MS Project, Project Server? Are you using a document repository, e.g. SharePoint? Communicating how, e.g. email, wiki? A system for software development for waterfall, agile? I'm sure something has done this already and I'd rather not re-invent the wheel. Thanks. Saving Changes...
