¿What do you consider to be your main skills as a Project Manager?

Both soft skills (leadership, empathy, emotional intelligence, etc) and hard skills (technical knowledge, specialties, languages, finances, etc) are essential. 

As a Project Manager, ¿what do you consider to be your main abilities?

On top of other participants added, I think strategic planning and vision is the one of the most important skill. The basic framework will then form the other tactical approaches.

Previously, I also defined my project management skills as including hard skills and soft skills, however, after many years of practical work, with changes in the surrounding environment, working environment and other factors, I have defined only one type of skill, which is "medium" skill. It is a type of combined skill (Hybrid skills) from knowledge - experience - venture. It cannot be separated from each other, forcing us to adapt and practice seriously.
