Welcome to the Knowledge Transfer conversation that was started in the PMI X-Change at Congress 2014.
Please introduce yourself and share a little bit about your background and why you attended this particular X-Change (or why you wanted to, if you weren't able).
What was your biggest take away regarding knowledge transfer? Saving Changes...

I'm the facilitator for this part of Congress Continued (and I was the annoying guy with the microphone during the sessions!)
I think that this is an increasingly important element of project execution - as more and more projects become 'transformational' in nature, the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and ensure that business skills are optimised to leverage the capability of project deliverables becomes crucial - it can be the difference between business success and failure.
I'm looking forward to a really great discussion here Saving Changes...
Information is not knowledge,
Knowledge is not wisdom,
Wisdom is not truth,
Truth is not beauty,
Beauty is not love,
Love is not music
and Music is THE BEST
