It's very important to check the Ai output for correctness,specially after seeing some unaccurate outputs.

Few of the ways I found helpful in doing this are enumerated below-
1. Use PMI Infinity as it gives you references along with the responses.
2. Always consider the first response as a draft and ask the AI tool to explain the respose or give a justification with references if it can.
3. AI works on the principle of "Garbage In = Garbage Out". The prompt you feed it in will give you a desired output. You can add a detailed Prompt using blocks like Task Description, Role, Boundaries, Context, Specific Requirements and Reasoning
4. Lastly - practice, practice and practice. This will keep training the AI tool

AI is a bord term. AI entities must be checked as any other software or harware component. But, when the new model of generative AI emerges, then a new world emerges too. If you are using generative AI then you have to pay attention to things like: 1-prompt format. you have to use prompt engineering to create the questions. there are well defined prompt frameworks that will help on that. 2-Consistency check. This is making at the very begining using different prompt formats and evaluating the results. 3-Thruth check. This is making at the very begining. Generative AI itself will help when you create prompts and ask generative AI to justify the answers. For example, publising citations in the answer.

Hello Ahmed El MAlkee In case of Gen AI, from my experience, I found modifying the prompts to be the most helpful. Getting exactly what you want right at the beginning with one prompt is somewhat challenging. It is always better to keep modifying the prompts to refine your answer. At the same time, the user also needs to have a decent knowledge about the topic for which he/she needs answers to as Gen Ai can make mistakes as well.

Gen AI works best when it is being used as a support tool rather than the sole tool on which actions and knowledge depends. As for prompt engineering, PMI's courses on AI in project management will help you learn more about it.
