What's the biggest challenge you see to your business and/or your industry? Are you finding the right talent to support you through to 2020?

Finding people who can make the link between business needs and the project's deliverables I think is the biggest challenge. There's a big demand for project managers who can really translate business objectives into something tangible and to create an environment where people are able to contribute effectively to the project.

One question for you - do you feel this is a transferable skill from one project environment to another?

Yes, I think so. A focus on value to the business and achieving corporate goals is an attitude, so I think it would transfer.
