Hi Aejaz, you have raised an interesting argument: that of "unnecessary communication". Inadeguate communication and/or communication overload can lead to failure (Damian et al, 2007), also over-communication or too many message postings can generate team member frustration and confusion (Rooij, 2009).
Is, therefore, essential to accurately analyze, over time, the stakeholders, know with whom, how and when to communicate (communications schedule/calendar), who is responsible for a particular communication and to whom should be sent. These simple aspects, which seem trivial, however, determine the difference between a likely successful project from a likely failure project.
However, I'm firmly convinced that project manager needs to use a software and a methodology to manage this issues. Saving Changes...
