Most Difficult Power Skills to handle and implement

As a Project Manager, which Power Skill you found to be the most difficult to be worked around with and handling it invited your team to feel uncomfortable. How did you manage the situation and convince your team for accepting it?

I'm a bit unclear on the question as Power Skills are not something shared at a team level, but an individual competency which we use when dealing with others. I'd offer conflict management as one of the more challenging skills to develop as we tend to have a default approach (e.g. collaborative) and being forced to use a different one in a given situation (e.g. avoidance) would not come easily for us without practice.

Thank you for your insights. Yes conflict resolution is a major concern in the projects and handling them may seem difficult.

You are right. Everyone in the team has these power skills but my question was specifically for the PMs as to which power skills did they ever found difficult to handle while managing their team effectively.
