Verónica -

I look at it in reverse - a number of my personal attributes and competencies lend themselves to the role of a PM such as organization & time management skills, the ability to connect the dots, effective communication and so on.

Veronica Elizabeth, As a Project Manager, my role significantly influences my identity and how I define myself as a person. It shapes me into a professional who is committed to excellence in everything I do. I strive to embody the qualities I expect in a leader—being organized, proactive, and adaptable. Managing projects requires me to be a problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a strategic thinker, which naturally extends to my personal life. Ultimately, being a Project Manager is not just a job; it is a mindset that drives me to approach every challenge with professionalism, accountability, and a results-oriented attitude.
