Application status jumps back to "in progress" despite confirmation mail for succesfull submission of application

I had the same issue and when I got in touch with customer support they said my application had not been submitted, despite me receiving an email from them saying I had submitted it. I went back in to the application and selected the 2 check boxes at the bottom and the Submit application button became enabled and so i hit submit again and it worked.They apparently now they have my application. You should expect to see the status on your application as submitted, if it works correctly. Hope this helps
