But Pentesting is like programming or building an app. It depends on the person's creativity in pen testing, particularly for mission-critical systems/networks. Also, a human in the loop of Pentesting is essential to check if the automated systems of Pentesting have been fooled or themselves penetrated without a trace by hackers.

Agreed - automated penetration testing is valuable for identifying obvious holes but human-driven techniques such as social engineering will continue to be needed until AI capabilities achieve true singularity.
