Is it possible to find support for this issue?

Email are not monitored,  nor are they  responded to .  I am concerned, I will do my training and it will be credited.  .   I watching these one-at-a-time, I am behaving properly, please make the player record MY_TIME properly, or at least confirm, there is a problem, and I will go somewhere else.  thank you

THIS IS NOT ABOUT REPORTING TO PMI-DASHBOARD!.
This is about crediting that I completed the material, i.e. actually watched the webinar!  urg!

Week of Dec 11, 2024  - Dec 13, 2024,  I am doing my cycle training for PMP re-cert.  Did this many times over my years as PMP.

I have read everything on this subject, delay, batch jobs, so on. . . .

However, there must be a method one can do to  re-capture the lost time this player is generating for me.

I am tracking in spreadsheet, the webinars watched, if they get credit or just plain not registering

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Currently, 12-14 @ 4:20 am EST I have over  12 hours of webinars that are in limbo, or just not showing as even started!

Last day to post pdu's for me is 12-21-24.
Feeling stressed that this cycle I will be able to   us   ProjectManagement.Com to collect my PDU's.

What is going on?

Update: Dec 15, 2024, I have received my completion certificates for all of the above except 2 that are stuck. I switched to watching the webinars on an IOS iPAD; after trying windows 11 chrome & firefox, edge, also windows 10, and chrome & firefox, edge. Each of the tools is patched to current support level.

My bad, that I was not aware I needed to (possibly) wait up to 10 days to see I got a certificate of completion. That would been past my cycle date. I planned for 10 days elapsed time to do my cycle training, adding additional days for "data-processing" didn't fit into my plan.

Nonetheless, the Webinars have are of high quality.

Elizabeth, normally it takes up to 7 business days to reflect the PDUs for webinars watched but if there is any glitch, you can always claim them manually. From what I understood, your issue was resolved?

Heather McLarnon: FYI and comments, if any.

Thank you Kimberly, I was comforted by that fact that IF, the situation didn't improve, I could reach out to that email, I found you message from prior messages.
All is good, and I am progressing along my plan.

My bad, on not remembering to add additional days for batch processing.

Just recently my PDU's are not getting updated automatically to PMI. Also the current PDU completed count on PMI is also not updating correctly on the projectmanagement.com website.
All was working fine till last week. Please let me know whom to contact
