When preparing to deliver difficult news to your stakeholders in the future, when potential risk becomes a big issue, what will be essential to anticipate their concerns as a Project Manager?

It needs to start by understanding their needs & wants and what they are most concerned with about the project. Then, you need to position the message in a manner which makes them react with the right level of urgency but without losing trust or credibility in you or your team's ability to address the impending issue.

When preparing to deliver a message about an issue, be transparent and come prepared with a solution or action plan as this will help put stakeholder’s mind on ease.
