To my knowledge, I don’t think it is available anymore on PMI’s website so you’ll probably have to buy it through a third party like Amazon but not sure if it is available in PDF.

Rami is correct - PMI has stopped offering both the free (to members) PDF copy as well as hardcopies from its bookstore. If you really want to get it, you might find a few copies left at online bookstores or might have better luck getting a used copy from a fellow member of your local PMI chapter.

However, as the majority of the process details (inputs/outputs/tools & techniques) has been migrated to PMI's Process Groups: A Practice Guide publication, you shouldn't be missing any key info.
