To encourage effective discussions in project management for the upcoming New Year 2025.

What strategies should we adopt to ensure successful hybrid project management approaches within our teams?

Happy New Year in advance to all.
Best wishes,

Dear Rami
The Waterfall methodology is commonly used in civil construction, but in my current project, I have found that when the work is not completed by the final stages, switching to an Agile methodology can lead to improved and faster progress toward meeting project deadlines.

The problem is the misunderstanding outside there about classify projects life cycle in hybrid, predictive, adaptative. All life cycles are predictive. In my case, each year when I work reviewing the standards I made the same observation without any result at this time.
