Early today I missed my online Exam cause of a video streaming problem, I contacted the VUE support team member by phone to solve it, and he said PMI would contact me, now in my Dashboard the status is ( the Exam was not completed during the allotted period) I have to purchase it again to retake.
Your advice is highly appreciated.

I contracted PMI and with many thanks, they have rescheduled my exam, I will take it at the Exam Center.
If the problem persists, you may want to consider taking the test at a test center instead to minimize the risk of unforeseen technical issues.
