Have you used PMI Infinity? Have you applied a different AI tool as a PM? If so, which one?

Yes, I have used PMI Infinity. It's an excellent tool for project management. I've also tried other AI tools like Planview and Qatalog to manage project complexity and optimize resources.

How about you?

Carmen, I did use PMI Infinity and I like the fact that it cites the sources of information it provides. I also use Chat GPT but that's it for now!

Things to be taking into account:
1-PMI Infinity is a generative Ai (GenAI) tool. Then, the decision about what type of AI you need to apply is the first thing.
2-Responsible AI must be the driver to use AI in general but GenAI in particular. Then, if you will use GenAI, you have to find advise from the team that is working on Responsible AI in your organization. If you will use GenAI for your own then it is up to you face the consequences.
3-PMI Infinity can be used if you are PMI member. If you are not PMI member then you can use other things like ChatGPT and others. The advantage of PMI Infinity is that, perhaps, it is tunned up with program/project/portfolio information BUT I did not find data about it has been done.
