Having a high performing team you need to scale or split is a nice problem to have (as you already have one ;-)
Please share your experiences in how you dealt with this thorny problem - or if you need guidance, ask a question
Cheers,

Great question Mohan! The first thing is to understand the skills that your team have. Is there a natural flow to their work? Is there a bottleneck? Or a skill that you could do more of?
Secondly, ask your team (individually) three things they like and three things they don't about their job. I find the key to GREAT performance is aligning your team's work with what motivates them.
Lastly, look at how your team perform together. Do they share information they might need with one another? Does each member have the tools they need to optimally performs? Tools don't have to cost money - they can be status updates or filenames ...
Mohan, I hope this helps you unlock your team potential and thanks for the great question! Saving Changes...
