CAPM eligibility requirements

Understanding that I have worked as a Lead in multiple IT projects, already… Can some of that time be used toward the 23 hour prerequisite of the CAPM?

The 23 hours is education, not experience. And that education needs to be through formal courses, not on-the-job learning.
