Pamela -
I reached out to PMI customer care and this was the response:
"In most cases, credential holders will be able to report PDUs under category A using an activity number. If there is not an activity number, the candidate may report the PDUs under Category B however, they will want to reach out to us in customer care so that we can notify our Continuing Cert team about the missing event.
If the credential holder has linked their PMI and PM.com accounts, the PDUs should be reported automatically."
So, and bear with me because I'm fairly new to all of this, try making this a Category B (unless you see an activity #). If you need to reach out to customer care, you can call at 1-855-746-4849 OR send an email to them at [email protected]. If you email, make sure you include the link to where they can find the webinar.
If you continue to have problems, let me know!

I have taken about 5 projectmanagement.com webinars but I have been self reporting on the PMI.org site.
Am I over reporting??
Is projectmanagement.com's reporting to PMI.org in full effect?
If so, will PMI.org figure out that I have also reported and ignore projectmanagement.com's reporting?
Should I stop self reporting my projectmanagement.com webinar viewing??
