Can you list of top 10 problems faced by project managers and How do you manage it?

I could provide a list, but suspect it wouldn't be that helpful. The whole reality of project management is that every field, every industry, and every region has its own peculiarities, and each PM must learn how to deal with whatever is thrown at them - too often a fixed list becomes a stranglehold and there is an attempt to force a fit of whatever problems arise into one of those on the list and apply a "standard" solution, rather than one truly developed for the actual problem.
