I am working in the number 1 consulting firm, mainly in IT domain, then we are using AI and we are helping our clients to implement AI at organizational level. I mean using top-down approach without forgetting the bottom-up component. By the way, as you know, AI is a board term that, in my personal opinion, in the last time some people and organizations are using as a synonym AI and generative AI. Returning to the point, I am using AI in project/program/portfolio management from more than 40 years ago. I fact, I believe that lot of people are doing that without being aware on that because AI is embeded inside lot of tools to use in the matter. The 3 courses delivered for free by the PMI for free have good examples of using AI in the practice. The only point in this case is that they are about generative AI. Saving Changes...
