Ali, while I can't say it was the wrong decision, it may not have been the best one given the circumstances at the time. In hindsight, after the pandemic, we should have purchased materials in advance. The supply chain disruptions were so significant that they ended up delaying some of our projects. Had we bought and stored the materials locally, it would have helped mitigate those delays. Lesson learned!
