There many important things to consider but in my opinion, the two most important things are:

1) Ensuring you enter high-quality data because AI models are only as good as the data they are trained on.

2) Incorporate human oversight at all times for validating AI results.

None. First of all take into account that AI is a board term. You can use AI as a tool to support lot of roles inside the organization with different tasks, including defining your goals. So, it is up to you and your imagination how to use it. Just remember: they key to be successful with AI is "human in the loop". No matter the type of AI you use results are always, always, always probabilistic.

The ONLY way to ensure AI's results are correct is for you to possess the knowledge to verify the quality of AI's answers yourself. AI can produce results quickly, but only a human can verify the correctness of AI's results. There is no shortcut to this process.
