Hi! Is there any rule for when do I need to take PMP exam vs finalizing the Exam Prep 35h courses? Or how long time do I have to go through those 35h of exam prep course from the time I purchased it? Is there any limitation?

The 35 hours of education can come from any PM-related topics, not just a PMP Prep course and they can be as far back in time as you want.

As such, you could complete the 35 hours, apply right away, and write your exam as soon as you are approved to do so, or you could apply months or years after you have completed the 35 hours.

Anna, to add to Kiron's feedback, you need to take the PMP exam within one year of your application but there is no limitation as to when you need to complete the course because you can't apply before completing the course anyways.
