If the Company is doing Projects as part of other businesses in the Organization, then the Organizational Structure is Matrix.
If the Company is doing Projects as Main line of their major business, then its a Projectized Organizational Structure.
If the Company is doing business not relating to Projects , then its a Functional Organizational Structure. Saving Changes...
