You can't join a Chapter without joining PMI as well. If you are looking for general PMI membership benefits, you could get those from PMI's website, but I'd also suggest reaching out to your PMI Region 3 liaison (assuming PMI still divides the world & chapters into regions and has volunteers supporting those!).
You should also have access to marketing materials from PMI. I don't recall the URL off hand, but there are fliers, logos, brochures, etc... some finished, some customizable. I'm pretty sure there was at least one covering the benefits of membership. Saving Changes...

Rebecca, as of Feb 28, PMI membership offering will evolve to include chapter and PMI Membership together for one fee.
As for a template, go to your PMI Profile, My Account then from the dropdown menu chose Membership. Under membership, there is Membership Brochure which has membership benefits, services, resources and programs. Hope this helps! Saving Changes...
