Cost-Benefit analysis of changes made (features added) onto a b2b site

Can anyone help me by providing me with a template or process flow info regarding the cost-benefit analysis to be done while considering changes in a b2b website. that is it should consider the subjective input factors of the consumers as a integral part of the benefits calculation.

i thought of using general software development cost-benefit analysis template.. but couldnt get a decent one.

if anyone has ever come across anything on this topic.. pls send it across.
