Hi Bilal Anwar,
AI enhances efficiency while HR maintains the human element. Balance is achieved by using AI for data-driven insights and automation, while HR focuses on leadership, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. The key is that AI augments processes, but HR provides direction.

Perhaps I did not understand your question but just let me say that, as for other roles, HR people must reinvent themselves because the new tool which is generative AI. AI is used in HR from long time ago. Things change with the new model of generative AI. In this case, all related to Responsible AI is a must mainly for HR domain.

My recommendation is take a look to free courses on generative AI delivered by the PMI for free. You will find good explanation and examples inside them.
