Portfolio and Project Management Tool - Any insight

We are looking to replace our current Project Mgt tools (UMTs Project Web App, MS Project Professional sitting on MS SharePoint) and want to integrate a Portfolio Mgt tool (CA's Clarion or the like). Any recommendations on where to start?

You can take a look at Taskworld, it''s a ne project management software launched this year.
Thanks to it, you can organize your projects easily, drag & drop your tasks on a Kanban. Moreover, they propose a chat for you and your co-workers in order to manage your work quickly and to develop teamwork.
