You will find your answer inside Responsible AI component. Mainly if you are talking about generative AI. But take into account you are making a big mistake. You are giving to an entity attributes that are human being attributes.

AI has no ethical values, despite desparate experiments on many levels, there is no bad feeling of AI if it is unfair, intransparent or irresponsible (or lacking respect, being egoistic and arrogant).
