In times and seasons as this when some of our friends, family and colleagues are experiencing turbulence caused by rapid changes in the political scene. For some , it's far above job security, it's about their passion for executing projects. This can be tough for many, but remember that every storm ha a good side and I pray the good side hits you quicker than later... Saving Changes...
This is why mindfulness and improving one's EI are so important for leaders. We shouldn't suppress our own fears and anxiety, but recognize them as natural reactions to the chaos around us, stay present when working with our teams, and don't allow our emotions to take over our decision making.

Agree, Kwiyuh
Disruptions mostly come from our environment; as this changes, we experience them as a fact of life.
Developing our wisdom, increasing our resilience helps us to perceive disruptions as something normal and try to use them to our benefit.
Serenity, changing perspectives, relativism for our values, observing our environment, and emotional intelligence are all competencies that help develop our wisdom. And humility.
PS - some disruptions come from ourselves, like mental weaknesses, lack of confidence, and confusion - also those can be tackled best with developed wisdom.
Thanks @Kwiyuh Its true due to the political situations and other reasons, things dont go as planned sometimes. I myself experienced that. I had some good people around me who provided me with support. I hope the good side hits everyone else as well soon enough. Saving Changes...
