It all depends on your needs. Taking notes during meetings and phone calls, or summarizing key points, can be very helpful.

AI is a board term. AI is using in construction projects from long time ago. Just in case you are pointing out how to use it specific to the process then you will find good information in the 3 courses delivered by the PMI for free. But, take into account that these courses are related to generative AI only.
