Hello,

I am compiling a list of all projects managed to date and wish to keep it simple, easy to navigate and appealing to the reader. I have defined the following fields:

- Company
- Project Goal
- Category (Business Growth; Efficiency; Continuous Improvement; Compliance; Org. Development)
- Results/Benefits

Let me know your comments and any suggestions you may have. Also, would you keep it to a maximum of 2 pages?

Who is the audience and what will they do with this info?

Without answering those questions, any list is equally good (or bad) :-)

Good point!
It is to used as an attachment for a CV. Main reader will be hiring agencies of contractors.

Why do not prompt to Infinity ? As far as I understood the tool is fine tuned with specific information related to project management based in all the information stored in the PMI.

If I assume this is for a resume, my response would be to make a master list, without any consideration for length, and then make a trimmed down, relevant list from the master when you need to share it with others.

In that case, I'd suggest focusing on the items you listed but also include a bullet listing anything you specifically did which contributed to the project's success. Make sure you include useful PM key words to satisfy automated CV readers and keep it to two pages or less for humans.

I think it depends on the audience, recipients, and purpose. The content of the message should align with what you want the reader to understand.
