Hi everyone :)

I am planning to apply for PMI-PMOCP certification. Since it's a brand new model, I will prepare for the exam using the PMO Practice Guide and PMI-PMOCP Exam Prep Course.

Han anyone here done that recently? Do we know how much time/effort will this preparation require? Is it enough to watch the course and read the guide?

Thank you in advance :)

I haven't taken the PMI-PMOCP exam personally, but I think your approach with the PMO Practice Guide and the PMI-PMOCP Exam Prep Course is solid. Preparation time and effort vary from person to person, so I’d suggest setting a study schedule that works for you and taking the exam when you feel confident. Some may need a few weeks, while others might take longer to absorb the concepts. If possible, try applying what you learn to real-world scenarios or joining study groups for additional insights. Good luck with your certification!

Bishoy, the NEW Course along with the PMO Practice Guide should suffice for the purposes of the exam. Good Luck!
