The new PMO Practice Guide was released February 4, 2025. It provides a great deal of value for PMO Leaders and organizations, including the PMO Value Ring Framework, which emphasizes PMO value delivery as seen by PMO stakeholders, and continuous evolution .

Have you had a chance to read it? If so, what is your opinion? And do you have plans to begin using it?.

I couldn't agree more, Rami! It will be well leveraged in many PMOs! Let the marketing and value delivery begin!

It is an excellent guide and it is important that PMI in its different guides is beginning to speak the same language of value management.

I agree, Fabian.

Value - the language of business. Interlacing it throughout our PMI knowledge capital more directly than before will pay dividends.

The PMO Value Ring Framework needs high visibility at the boardroom table.
