For my opinions,AI is a very useful tools for project. I can just input the main opinions to AI, then the AI tools can output details. Although, the contexts are not exactly follow my thoughts. But I can modify it by myself.

AI is a very powerful tools for everyone. But if we depend on it deeply, we will be live in a cage. We just want to ask the questions, and wait some kinds of AI tools to answer. We don't need to thinking, finding the root cause, etc.

But tool just a tool, people should have their own judgements to identify the output which AI generate.
Yes, I have seen that during my staring phase with AI that context were not as I thought... But I found the way to get those results better... Whenever we share data with AI, the more clear the input is, the exact wordings of your prompt matters, plus splitting the topic in as small and valid chunks as possible, results in more reliable output and less modification efforts are required.

The first answer or comment after working with AI in the last 40 years in the practice and in research is Yes. The problem I am perceiving in the last time is people use the word AI as a synonym of generative AI. Most of the people are confusing generative AI with AI. AI is a board term which is used in lot of field from long long long time ago. We are surrounded of AI "entities" and most of the time we are using it without being aware on that. For example in refrigerators, cell phones, cars, air conditioners, etc, etc. So, if we think about when we use those devices if we gain into speed in your daily life then this will answer your question too.

Jie Jin I agree, AI is a powerful tool for project management. By simply inputting key points, AI can generate detailed content quickly. While the output may not always align perfectly with your thoughts, it’s a great starting point that can be easily adjusted to fit your needs.

I agree that AI speeds up project management by automating tasks like scheduling and reporting, freeing up a project manager's time. It can provide predictive analytics for risk assessment, allowing for proactive problem-solving. Additionally, it enhances communication through automated meeting summaries. This allows project managers to focus on strategic decisions, leading to faster, more efficient project completion.
However, at the same time AI can't replicate human intuition or handle nuanced situations and too much dependence on AI can reduce skill development.

In some areas for example:coding, industry, AI has very important place. But AI cannot deal with the human connections or human emotions. If it could, the whole world will be changed. Or it will become a disaster.
