Risk identification brainstorming approaches?

Use of checklists, creative brainstorming, risk breakdown structures are common techniques. Are there other methods that have worked well for you?

You can adopt interviews, group technical session discussions, brainwritting (5-3-3) and there is an interesting tool called scamper
(Substitute, Combine, Adapt,Modify or Magnify, Put to other uses,Eliminate and Rearrange) this tool is aimed to be used as creativity tool technique but works very well in risk identification
