In my own case, the first of all skill will be to balance the professional and personal life once I'm with an almost two years old son and finishing my MBA on Project Management during 2015.
Recently, I was noticed about a change in my work profile position that will reflect, either, on the management of my time and deliveries expected for another sector too. Thus, this sense of coordination among the activities, on the personal or professional side, will be primordial to assure the deliveries along the 2015, and I believe that kind of occurrences are spreading in the organizations around the world, where the companies needs, because of the competition, are always above the predecessor thresholds.
