Book or documentation talking about handover/communication between commercial and delivery teams for projects

I'm trying to find some documentation about handover and feedback between commercial teams (they try to win deals) and delivery teams (they deliver projects won) for projects. But this topic does not seems to be very well documented.

Is someone aware of some books or articles talking about this subject?
