We are hitting the same wall that we did 30 years ago when I was working on AI systems at University. How to give a machine Conciousness and EQ? We were not able then to solve this question. And I wonder if we will ever be able to give conciousness and EQ to computers/machines to make them replace human beings. This is also a deep philosophical question. 'What makes human unique?'

In as much as this is exciting, I think, the Consciousness and Emotional Intelligence imparted will be biased. After all, even humans are capable of searing their conscious and display emotional intellect depending on who they are dealing with or on their mood.
yes John, agreed humans do not follow the same reactions with diffefent people and different situations

I am working with AI in the practice and research from 1981. For example I was part of the group that created the first GO program which evolve to Alpha GO. From 1989 I am researching on simulate the human consciousness to understand epigenetic and in the last 10 years I am using the support of quantum computing on that. Why epigenetic? Because is the answer to cure important diseases with same things the body is generating. If not science fiction , in Japan, for example, they are doing that for some type of cancer. I am not alone. I am part of a great group of people where nobel prices are working on that too. For example Roger Penrose. Each of us working in a component and getting regular synchronization meetings. Between other things, one thing the technology applied to neuroscience demonstrate that things like the consideration about different types of intelligence are totally wrong. Important thing is do not fall in the trap and thinking things about AI that exists only in science fiction. What makes the human unique?. Between other things the pillar of the AI: human in the loop.
please continue the good work!!!

Making machines truly aware and feeling like humans is a big puzzle. Machines can learn to act like they have feelings, but they don't really have them inside. It's like a robot acting happy, but it doesn't actually feel happy. We don't even know how our own brains make us feel things, so it's super hard to teach a machine. Some people think maybe super-smart machines in the future could become aware, but we don't know for sure. At the end of the day Machines work based on data solely whereas human brain works with data + emotion to make a conscious decision.

Yes Uttam, I agree and also we human develop HEURISTICS through life experiences which may be difficult for machines to replicate in a split second based on gut feelings that have been developed using Heuristics. And to apply developed heuristics to unexpected new life situations.
