My CAPM exam was cancelled halfway through due to issues on OnVue's side

I had to take the exam online due to nearby testing centers not having any open slots.

Halfway through, the proctor told me my webcam stopped streaming (even though it was still on on my end), and to restart my computer and the app.

When I did so, the network test told me my connection speed was too slow even though it also said my speed was 17.8 mbps (the minimum required speed is 6 mbps). This happened again the next few times I restarted it. The customer support person tried to blame my network which made no sense to me. The app was also broken and displaying code on the screen at one point during this process so I had to restart it.

PMI told me I could retake the exam with no cost, but on my dashboard it says I have to pay 200 USD and that I failed my first try. Anyone else experience something like this, and if so any advice?

I'd suggest contacting PMI Customer Care right away.

I agree with Kiron. I would definitely contact PMI immediately. Something similar happened a while back with a member of this community and customer care were able to resolve the matter for him!
