I totally agree. Modern marketing is a combination of art and science, where creativity is still key, but data analysis makes all the difference. Today, marketers not only need innovative ideas, but also the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions. The most successful campaigns are those that balance creative intuition with the power of analytics, allowing them to optimize in real time and generate greater impact. Perhaps the biggest issues are accountability and tactical thinking. Where Marketing and Experience (both Employee and Customer) have no clear and direct P & L responsibility, companies consider these functions as costs of doing business rather than enterprise-level business outcome assets and priorities. I do not agree with you Michael. What you stated is the basic from long time ago. The different thing is that splitting everything in process, tools and people right now you have better tools, like today called big data or IA, to expedite activities into the defined process. Saving Changes...
