If you could imagine an ideal world in terms of gender equity, what would it look like and what steps do we need to take to get there?

An ideal world with gender equity would offer the same opportunities to all people, without barriers or stereotypes. To achieve this, the key is:
Education without stereotypes from childhood.
Fair labor policies, with equal pay and equal leave.
More women in leadership and mentoring networks.
Social commitment with men as allies.

Example: Iceland, pioneer in making the wage gap illegal, demonstrates that change is possible with laws and commitment. This #8M is a call to action. What can we do today to move forward? 💜✨

I'd suggest Iceland's approach of making any type of inequity illegal is a good first step. Then, there's the need to hire and develop senior leaders who embrace equity as the right thing to do.
