I have an inquiry regarding organizational accreditation. Does anyone have an experience, or has implemented, with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards for project management - ISO 21500:2021? If so, what was your experience and has it helped your organization be more successful?

Christina Smith Implementing ISO 21500:2021 can be a game-changer for organizations looking to standardize project management practices. It provides a structured framework, improves consistency, and aligns projects with strategic goals. From my experience, adopting ISO standards helps teams communicate better, manage risks effectively, and enhance overall efficiency. However, success depends on how well the organization embraces the guidelines. it's not just about compliance but about continuous improvement.

Has anyone here implemented ISO 21500? How has it impacted your project outcomes?

Not only I implemented that. I am auditor and can lead this type of things. And for CMM suite too. My recommendation: spend time and money on this except it will give your organization a competitive advantage. For example, if this type of things are required to compete in things like bids.
